Current things I'm obsessed with:
1. My job. Seeing as how I actually have one now. And it is my life. Everything else - GONE! Just job.
2. The book 1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die. I'm halfway through the 1970's, and so far, it beats the pants off the 1960's. Favorites so far: Dodsworth, Love Me Tonight, Trouble in Paradise, City Lights, All Quiet on the Western Front, Rome: Open City, Shadow of a Doubt, M, The Ox-Bow Incident, The Thin Man, The Lady Eve, The Rules of the Game, Sunrise, Sherlock Jr., The Third Man, The Unknown, Double Indemnity, I Know Where I'm Going, Kind Hearts and Coronets, Laura, The Lady from Shanghai, The Seventh Seal, Diary of a Country Priest, The Night of the Hunter, Persona, Paths of Glory, 12 Angry Men, Le Trou, The Bad and the Beautiful, Ugetsu, The Burmese Harp, Tokyo Olympiad, Closely Watched Trains, The Manchurian Candidate, Through a Glass Darkly, Once Upon a Time in the West, Winter Light, Seconds, Le Samourai, Point Blank, Sleuth, The Bitter Tears of Petra von Kant, Rocky, Chimes at Midnight, Performance.
